Consult

Book an intro call.

Eclore is taking on a small number of clinics now. You would be among the first — working directly with the team building the software, with your clinic shaping what it becomes.

Tell us about your clinic and where patients are slipping through: the calls that go unanswered, the patients who do not come back, the treatments you want to fill. The intro call is where we assess fit and tell you directly when a product will not serve you.

We use what you send here only to follow up about working together, and never sell it. This form starts a conversation, not a booking.

Before you book

The questions owners ask first.

Do you sign a BAA?

Before we onboard your clinic, we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) covering how your patients’ information is handled.

Is the demonstration real?

The demonstration replays real output from the working software, answering for two synthetic demonstration clinics. No real patient appears. It shows how the system behaves; it is not a record of a result.

Who sets it up and runs it?

We do. You don’t log in and configure anything: we set it up, tune it, and watch it, working alongside the people who built it.

How much work lands on my staff?

It isn’t one more thing to manage at the end of a clinical day. The follow-up runs on its own, and replies route into the consult path your clinic already uses.

What does it cost?

What it costs is scoped to your clinic on the intro call. We’d rather quote something we can stand behind than post a number that won’t fit.
