Terms of Use
Effective August 6, 2026
These are the terms of use for this website, eclore.ai. They cover reading the site and using the consult form. Working with Eclore as a client is governed by its own signed agreement per clinic — not by this page.
Acceptance
By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Permitted use
You may browse the site, evaluate what we offer, and reach out through the consult form. You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or probe its security, no scraping at a scale that burdens it, and no submitting forms with false information or with someone else’s information.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — its text, design, graphics, and exhibits — belongs to Eclore Systems LLC. You may read it and share links to it; you may not republish it as your own or use the Eclore name or mark without permission.
Demonstration data
The clinics, patients, conversations, and numbers shown in this site’s demonstrations and exhibits are synthetic, and are labeled as such where they appear. They illustrate how the product works; they are not records of any real clinic or patient.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep what the site says accurate and current, but we do not warrant that its content is error-free or that the site is always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eclore Systems LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website or its content. Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Oregon.
