What we collect

In short: the details you type into the consult form, and nothing else as you browse.

When you fill out the consult form, we collect the details you enter: your clinic name, your name, and your work email. The phone number and the note about what prompted you to reach out are optional.

When you submit the form, we also record the page you came from and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address, and we do not collect anything else as you browse the site.

How we use it

In short: we use what you send to reply to you, and never to advertise.

We use what you send only to respond and follow up about working together, and to prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

In short: we text you only if you ask us to, about your own consultation request — reply STOP at any time.

If you give us your phone number on the consult form and check the box agreeing to texts, we may text you about your own consultation request — scheduling the intro call, confirming it, and following up on what you asked — and nothing else. We record that consent (the checkbox and when it was given) together with your submission, and we keep the message history for your own request.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Agreeing to texts is optional and never a condition of reaching out — the form submits the same with the box unchecked. And a boundary worth stating plainly: eclore.ai collects no patient data — patient messaging runs under each clinic’s own program and privacy policy.

Analytics, cookies, and tracking

In short: cookieless, anonymous page analytics — no ad trackers, no pixels, no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

We measure how this site is used with Vercel Web Analytics, a first-party, cookieless analytics tool. It records anonymous, aggregate events — page views, how far down a page a visit scrolls, and clicks on the “Book intro call” button and the consult form — without setting any cookie and without storing anything on your device.

We use no advertising trackers, no ad pixels, and nothing that follows you across other sites. We do not build an identifiable profile of your visit, and the analytics are separate from the consult form: the events above are not tied to the details you type into it.

Service providers

In short: a few named providers run this site for us, and none may use your data for their own purposes.

A few service providers process this information on our behalf so the website and the consult form work: Convex (the database that stores consult submissions), Sentry (error monitoring), and Vercel (website hosting and the cookieless Web Analytics described above). They process this data only to provide those services to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. These providers support the website and the consult form only; they are separate from the systems we would use to run software for a clinic.

How long we keep it

In short: only as long as our conversation needs, or until you ask us to delete it.

We keep what you send until it is no longer needed for our conversation, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

In short: email us to see, correct, or delete what you sent.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete what you sent through the consult form. Email hello@eclore.ai and we will take care of it.

Security

In short: reasonable protections and limited access, honestly stated.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send: submissions are stored through our database provider, access is limited, and your IP address is hashed rather than stored in the clear. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any certification.

Children

In short: this site is for clinic owners and operators, not children.

This site is intended for clinic owners and operators. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle this information, we will update the date at the top of this page.
