The monthly receipt
The document a clinic gets at the end of the month.
Below are two months of the same statement, produced by the same code path that would produce a real one. The first month can be reported. The second cannot — and rather than round the difference away, the document says so on its own front page. That refusal is the part worth reading.

Nothing here is a record of a result or a claim about outcomes. Each document carries that statement itself, above the fold and on every page.

A month it can report.
Both cohorts cleared the enrolled-volume floor and the withheld cohort recovered on its own, so the statement carries a holdout-adjusted incremental figure — the difference between the two arms, scaled per enrolled patient — alongside the conservative range around it. The gross figure and the incremental one are shown separately, and they are not the same number.
June 2026
A month it refuses to report.
The same clinic, the same experiment, the same renderer — one month later. The draw put every enrolled patient in the treated arm, so there was no withheld cohort and therefore no counterfactual. Where the dollar figure would go, the document states that the month is not reportable and says why. What was actually collected still appears; suppressing the causal claim is not the same as hiding the takings.
About this demonstration
Both documents are rendered from committed synthetic month envelopes. The cohort arms are not written into those envelopes — they are drawn live, on every render, by the same seeded draw the production round-trip uses, so the withheld cohort cannot be chosen after the fact. The figures are illustrative and are not adoptable as a claim about what any clinic would recover.
